Karen Dover - Biography
Prior to being appointed CFO of CFS, Ms. Dover was the Vice President of Finance for Sterling Commerce
and the President of two successful entrepreneurial companies. Her work experience has spanned the high-tech software industry, the
retail management industry and the residential and commercial real estate development and management industries.
Besides founding
two of her own businesses, Ms. Dover has played leadership positions in the due diligence, acquisition of 6 technology companies while
working at Sterling Commerce. Other responsibilities include strategic -financial planning, public reporting and company -wide budgeting
for a $600 million multi-divisional company. She also played a key role in the divestiture of Sterling Commerce to its current parent.

Dover is a native of Ohio where she graduated from Franklin University with a B.S. in Finance.
