During his corporate career, Mr. Baker has held many senior management positions including, Senior Vice President and GM Asia Pacific, Senior Vice President Global Customer Support , Vice President and GM of Business Units, Director Marketing and Regional Sales Director. His has led management teams that spanned many disciplines including sales, marketing, professional services, customer support, IT, legal, HR and F&A.

The many and various business situations and challenges that Mr. Baker encountered include, start-ups, turnarounds, re-alignments, acquisition integration, high-growth and high margin operations.

Mr. Baker was born and raised in London England where he began his career. He subsequently received corporate transfers to New York, Texas, New Jersey, Connecticut, Ohio, Toronto Canada, Kingston Jamaica, and Port of Spain Trinidad. During his tenure as Senior Vice President of Asia Pacific, Mr. Baker resided in a temporary residence in Tokyo Japan.

The educational grounding that Mr. Baker earned includes an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Southall College, London England and Master of Business Administration degree from the University of New Haven, Connecticut. He has also completed various courses in quality management, sales management, strategic marketing, global management and transformational management.
